In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces or custom upholstery, delivery can take between 6 to 12 weeks depending on your location and the specific artisan's schedule.

Do you offer white-glove delivery services?

Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for all oversized furniture items. This includes inside placement, assembly in your room of choice, and the removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We accept returns on non-furniture items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that custom orders, lighting, and floor samples are final sale.

How do I care for my natural wood or stone surfaces?

We recommend using a soft, damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For stone, we suggest periodic sealing to prevent staining, and for wood, keep away from direct heat sources to prevent warping.

Can I request fabric swatches before placing an order?

Absolutely. We encourage customers to order swatches to ensure the color and texture meet their expectations. You can request up to five complimentary swatches through our 'Material Samples' page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, GARDE ships many of our smaller decor items and select furniture globally. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items.
